Static is defined as: lacking movement, action, or change. It is an old habit to static stretch before you #exercise. When being active, you want your muscles alive and fluid, rather than lacking movement, or going dormant. Static #stretching cold muscles leads to injuries. So please, hold off on static stretching until after you exercise. When warming up, think dynamically.

Which comes first? I have always seem to put my health first, yet sometimes it gets in the way of my wealth. You know finding time to do it all. I guess it’s a constant volley. Back and forth.
Some time periods demand more time dedicated to wealth, while others to health. At one point in my life I lost touch of my wealth while being super focused on my health. My body felt great, my wallet did not. So I am learning some moment demand laser focus need to be put towards just one or the other. The goal is to never lose touch of either one, despite having to put this focus towards just one. My focus at the moment is on wealth to build a stronger foundation. However, I am still training and exercising and feeling well because I have a foundation of health I’ve built to rely on.
A strong foundation allows flexibility and freedom.
